Hello,
My name is Merve Aydın.I am 18 years old.I am a student in METU.I study in the Department of Foreign Language Education.I like meeting new people and I am interested in other languages and cultures.My biggest dream is World tour.I think,the best way to learn a language is living it.I mean that knowing its culture.I want to improve my language skills.
This is my first year in the university and I am trying to get used to here.Metu is quite different place.If you want to visit our university,we will appreciate .Metu is like a heaven.
The first country which I want to visit is France.It appeals to me.I think,I am a romantic girl and I belive in love.
I am interested in boks,I like watching Indian films.My favourite one is 3 Idiots.I advise everyone watching this film.

A MACROBIOTIC DIET
A macrobiotic diet is based on the concept of yin and yang in Eastern philosophy and the natural balance of nature.For example,there is no meat in a macrobiotic diet.The small number of teeth in our mouth used for chewing meat compared to the other kind of teeth.Macrobiotics believe that we are not designed to have meat and sugar in our diet.Brown rice,which requires a lot of chewing ,is the primary food in the macrobiotic diet.When we chew the rice,natural sugar is produced in the mouth so we don't need any sugar from other sources.However;we need vegetables along with brown rice.They are such a rich source of vitamins and other essential nutrients.

1-Because Grace is a vegetarian,she must pay special attention to the amount of protein in the food she eats.She eats a lot of beans,she also eats eggs.
2-When Grace first became a vegetarian ,she missed eating meat since she had always liked the food she eats but now she eats a lot of beans,she also eats eggs.
3-When Grace first became a vegetarian ,she missed eating meat.She had always liked the taste of it,but now she can't imagine eating meat.She has grown to appreciate the püre taste of meatless cuisine ,and meat tastes very strange to her,and she is happy to be a vegetarian.
4-Sometimes it's very difficult to eat out in restaurants due to the limited meatless choices on menus but now that is changing with the increase in vegetarian restaurants.
5-Grace is opposed to the killing of animals,now that,not only is she a vegetarian but she is also very disturbed by the use of animal fur for clothing.
6-Now that she doesn't eat meat anymore,she feels better,healtier and more humane.
7-Being a vegetarian and feeling that she is doing her share to protect animals,Grace becomes irritated when people question her motives for being a vegetarian however she tries to be patient with such people ,and she tries to make them understand the value of saving animals,but often people just don't understand.

My name is Merve Aydın.I am 32 years old.I am from Zonguldak and I am an English teacher.I have been thinking about this site for a long time.I decided to write about myself.I want to meet new people.I am a brunette woman.I have black hair.I have green eyes.My weight is 60kg.My height is 1.65cm.
